The derivatives market is a form of rehypothecation: underlying value is being repackaged and resold into infinity!

The derivatives market is estimated to be between 1 and 1.5 quadrillion dollars in size. Through this mechanism the banks are able to suppress the price of gold and silver in the paper markets.

But I believe this cannot last. I believe we will see a huge correction upward in the value of these metals. I remind you that I am not a gold or silver bug – I have an exit strategy to exchange these metals for other assets when the time is right!
